Your game stays on your device
Momo’s Spa works offline. It has no account, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK or in-app purchases. The app does not send your progress to us. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
Local storage
The app stores found objects, stickers and album placement, holographic rewards, tutorial status, current runs, elapsed times and personal bests on your device. It also stores language, music and sound volumes, haptics and reduced-motion preferences. This storage is necessary to provide the features you select (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG); where personal data is involved, the basis is performance of the app service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Resetting progress in settings deletes game progress but preserves preferences. Removing the app deletes its local data; copies may remain in device backups under your control. There is no app-operated cloud synchronisation.
Apple services
App Store purchases, device backups, optional diagnostic sharing and TestFlight are provided by Apple under its own privacy terms. Apple may provide us with test feedback or diagnostics depending on the service and your settings. System backups may include local game data. See Apple’s privacy policy.
This website and support
This website is hosted through united-domains on IONOS infrastructure in Germany. Technical access logs, including anonymised IP addresses, are retained for eight weeks for security and stability (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Videos are hosted here, without third-party video embeds. We do not add analytics or advertising cookies. See our website privacy information and the hosting provider’s information. When you email us, we process your address and message to answer your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for service requests, otherwise Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting and email providers process data as needed to deliver these services. We retain correspondence only as necessary to handle the request and comply with legal retention duties. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent for the future. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Saarland data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We cannot access or delete your device’s local game data remotely.
